It was great to welcome Wayne back to Bantock and we had a wide selection of work for Wayne to view and critique. Wayne’s knowledge and experience is clear to see as he navigates us through composition, light and dark, and how to balance colour temperature within a piece of art work. These are all important points to remember as artists but sometimes ‘you can’t always see the wood for the trees’. Therefore it is so helpful when someone like Wayne (and indeed the other members present) is able to read the artwork and see where possible problems lie.
