Fred Lowe

Born in 1936, along with my twin brother Frank, I began to show an interest in art at an early age. My head teacher arranged for me to take day release to attend Bilston College of Art, where I met Wolverhampton Society of Artists’ member Roland Twynam. 

After National Service, and many years in the construction industry, I ended up with a desk job and began to show an interest in art once more. My only regret is that I waited so long to pursue my hobby again.
